Violations of Terms & Conditions of Use:
Sound-BD reserves the right to seek all legal actions available at law and obtain justice for any violations of these terms and conditions; this includes the right to block account access from a particular user of our website.
Sound-BD Disclaimers:
• If product price is 6000 BDT or higher, shipment’s still on hold until you deposit the exact amount in our bank. Else, you may personally visit our shop in order to get the products you ordered.
• Orders placed on or before 12:00 noon GMT+6 are usually shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST MONDAY-FRIDAY will be processed the next business day.
• Order shipping is not available on weekends or on major holidays.
• Orders shipped on a Friday preceding a major holiday that falls on the following Monday will be delayed by at least one day.
• If you live outside of Dhaka, then a deposit in our bank account is a MUST before we can ship the products you ordered.
• If you live in Dhaka, if order amount is less than 400tk, shipping transaction will be under consideration. Else, an agreement of cash upon delivery may consider.

Frequently Asked Question
Q: Can I return any product if I just don't like it?
A: Unfortunately, NO. We strictly don't deal in used products, so we can't re-sell a particular product once it has been used.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the error was on our part, no. We will send you a pre-paid mailer for return of any incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective item(s), and will handle the cost of getting the replacement item(s) to you.
If you want return something because you ordered the wrong item but you already have it, or someone gave it to you as a gift and you really don't want it, then shipping charges are your responsibility. Remember: We cannot accept returns on opened products.
Q: Do you send partial shipments? If so, who is responsible for shipping charges?
A: If we think that the backordered item(s) will be in stock soon, then we usually will hold on to the rest of the order, to save shipping charges for both the customer and ourselves. If you choose to have the in-stock items sent ahead of the backordered items, shipping charges will apply to both shipments, though the backordered item's shipping will be charged at our actual cost (not our published shipping rates). You will be given this option in the email confirmation you receive from us when your order is processed.
Q: There were some items missing from my last shipment - what do I do?
A: If there is ever a problem with any order you received from us, send an email to admin@sound-bd.com or call us toll-free at 01616777701. Please include your name, order number and quick summary of the problem in the message so we can check things out and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
